The Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) operates a Bavaria-wide platform based on Atlassian Confluence for cross-university collaboration in science and research. To maintain and further develop our collaboration platform BayernCollab as well as the associated management interface and for the administration of the instance, we are looking for you as:
 
System Administrator (m/f/d) Administration and Development of Enterprise Wiki Solutions

• Operation and continuous development of a multi-tenant collaboration solution based on Atlassian Confluence Datacenter at LRZ
• 2nd and 3rd level support for our platform
• Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
• Contact person for customers with questions and problems
• Evaluation of alternative wiki systems for the strategic development of the collaboration platform
• Working in an environment with certified, transparent processes for quality and traceability

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable course of study
• Knowledge in the administration of Windows server systems
• Knowledge in the administration of Linux server systems (Debian)
• Desirable: Experience with databases
• Desirable: Experience in the setup and operation of Atlassian Confluence
• Desirable: Experience with Kubernetes and containerization
• Proficient German and English skills (Level C)
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Good comprehension skills as well as independent, customer-oriented way of working
• Willingness to share experiences and critically question processes to drive improvements in the team
• You enjoy sharing experiences and scrutinizing processes to improve them within the team. 

Working hours

Full-time (40 hrs) / Part-time possible

Flexible working time model with electronic

Remuneration

Possible up to E 11, see Remuneration Table TV-L 

Vacation/Leave

30 days or 6 weeks per year 
 (24.12. + 31.12. additional days off)

Overtime will be compensated with additional time off
