System Administrator (w/m/d) for Information Technology

We are looking for an experienced developer to strengthen our team!

We are a service-oriented and modern employer with more than 1,700 employees in the Rhein-Main region. Besides working on organizational projects, the IT department plans, manages, and develops the IT infrastructure of the district administration and schools. The goal is to support all offices and schools in their tasks through modern and high-performance networks, hardware, and software as well as office and telecommunications systems.

Aufgaben

• You monitor the ongoing operation and perform system optimizations and problem analyses.
• You plan and implement IT projects.
• You manage database systems and monitor data storage. You take over support in the Userhelpdesk-System and document your work.

Qualifikation

Your professional competencies

• You have a completed education as a computer scientist (w/m/d) or can present a comparable IT training.
• You bring at least three years of experience in the IT sector.
• You possess fundamental knowledge of PC networks, client-server systems, and TCP/IP.
• Ideal would be knowledge in the areas of document management systems and mobile device management.
• You have fundamental knowledge in the area of Microsoft Exchange.
• You are proficient in very good German (ideally C1 level) and can present good English skills.
• A successfully completed extended examination according to the Hessian Security Examination Act (Ü2) is given or you bring the willingness for further qualification.
• You possess a class B driver's license.
