• Tech Hero: You are the first point of contact for our departments for complex technical inquiries from customers regarding our systems and applications.
• Linux Expert: You are comfortable on the Linux console to analyze log files (Apache, Nginx, Mail logs) and directly identify the causes of disruptions.
• Better Than the FBI: You monitor our server landscape via monitoring and act quickly when internal infrastructure disruptions occur.
• Consulting: You also explain complex issues understandably and provide tips for optimizing customer servers.
• Interface: You work closely with our customer support and our project management when it comes to global optimizations that you derive from everyday support tasks.

• Hosting Experience: You have already worked in the web hosting environment and know the typical "pain points".
• Sound Linux Knowledge: You feel at home on the command line and know how to tune kernel parameters and services.
• Mail Services and Databases: You are an expert in finding and solving mail problems (Postfix/Dovecot) and can confidently administer MySQL and MariaDB!
• Virtualization and Monitoring: Systems to create multiple virtual servers from one server are not foreign to you, and you can also monitor them (e.g., ICINGA2).
• Solution Orientation: You don't think in problems, but in stable, scalable solutions.
• Communication Talent and Language: You enjoy direct customer contact, remain patient even in tricky cases, and formulate precise answers. You communicate fluently in German and can understand technical documentation in English.
