**We are seeking an engaged individual as System Administrator at our location in Kaarst. In this role, you will take on a central function for the stable operation and continuous development of our IT landscape across multiple locations. You will work closely with internal departments and external IT partners, ensuring a smooth daily business process.

Tasks

You are responsible for standortübergreifenden First and Second Level Support remote and on-site, and you are the first point of contact for our colleagues regarding IT-related questions.

You administer and configure client systems under Windows 10, as well as ThinClients in a Citrix environment, and manage printers and peripherals.

You manage mobile devices based on Android and support our VoIP telephone solutions.

You work closely with our external data center and ensure availability, security, documentation, and inventory of the IT infrastructure.

You take responsibility for hardware, software, and accessory procurement in coordination with IT management and actively participate in IT projects.

Qualification

You have a completed education as an IT system administrator or a comparable qualification and bring five to seven years of experience as a system administrator or in a similar role.

We expect very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Citrix, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and administration of Microsoft Teams.

You work structured, analytical, and solution-oriented and convince through teamwork, self-initiative, and a high willingness to learn.

You have very good German language skills and good English language skills that complete your profile.
