We are looking for a System Administrator (m/w/d) for the Region Nord (including Landhotel Spornitz, Hotel & Alpincenter HH-Wittenburg, Ferienresort Linstow, Naturresort Drewitz, Golfhotel Serrahn), who will actively shape our IT and ensure that it runs smoothly in daily operations. Ideally, you are located in the region around Hamburg-Wittenburg. Alternatively, one of our other locations is also possible.

Your Tasks

• You support our colleagues in 1st- and 2nd-level support with all IT-related questions

• You set up workstations, install hardware, and configure software to ensure everything runs smoothly

• You manage user accounts and ensure that every employee can work securely

• You operate and maintain our systems, networks, and databases to ensure they are stable and reliable

• You pay attention to IT security and keep our systems up-to-date

• You train our colleagues in new technologies and present IT topics in a clear and accessible way

• You take on tasks everywhere, take over exciting assignments, and ensure that our IT runs smoothly every day

What You Bring

• You have completed an education in the IT field, e.g. as a computer scientist for system integration, or equivalent qualification

• You have fundamental knowledge of Microsoft environments, especially Microsoft Azure (cloud and hybrid scenarios), Office 365 (administration) and network technology

• As you will be working as a System Administrator in our holding company, part of your onboarding will take place at our IT center in Gladbeck. Therefore, it is important that you can be present at the start location in Gladbeck

• You think analytically and approach problems structured and solution-oriented

• You work independently and self-responsibly, but always keep the team in mind

• You are motivated, learning-ready, and team-oriented and have a desire to further develop professionally

• You communicate very well in German and have good English skills in writing and speaking

• You hold a Class B driver's license, allowing you to travel between our locations as needed
