For our team in our new offices in ecopark Emstek, we are looking for a System Administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on Microsoft, starting as soon as possible – permanent position, full-time with 39 hours, and hybrid.

Your tasks

With us, everyone is a specialist in their field – no one has to know everything. Your focus will be on our customers' Microsoft environments, from the server room to the cloud.

- You will install, update, and maintain domain controllers as well as file and application servers – on-premise and in cloud environments.

- You will administer Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune.

- You will set up clients and create the appropriate Intune policies and deployment plans for them.

- You will install our customers' specialized applications such as ERP or document management systems, accompany updates, and coordinate with software manufacturers.

- You will integrate customer infrastructures into our monitoring system – so we can identify problems before our customers notice them.

- You will work closely with your colleagues from other departments, explain technical contexts clearly, and document thoroughly in our service platform Hindeo.

What you bring

Expertise is important – attitude decides. Therefore, two things are particularly important to us in every hire: You communicate clearly and gladly, both with customers and within the team. And you take responsibility: What you start, you see through to the end.

- Completed IT training, e.g., as a specialized IT professional for system integration, or a comparable qualification

- Several years of experience in administering Windows Server and Active Directory, ideally in a system house

- Solid practical experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune

- Desirable: PowerShell, virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), network fundamentals, and Microsoft certifications

- A structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of varied customer environments

- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as a Class B driver's license

Your first months

- Settling in: You will get to know your team, our processes, Hindeo, and our ISO 27001 standards, and accompany experienced colleagues on initial customer assignments.

- Getting started: Step by step, you will take on your own tasks in our customers' Microsoft environments and complete your first manufacturer training courses.

- Taking responsibility: After the onboarding period, you will independently be responsible for Microsoft topics in our customer environments – as a specialist in a team where everyone contributes their strengths.
