Tasks

• Error analysis on Second Level Niveau
• Acceptance of IT fault reports, including error correction on-site and via remote-service tools
• Ensuring a smooth IT operation in the Windows and Linux environments
• Ongoing optimization and maintenance of IT infrastructure for clients and servers
• Ensuring the operation of the client landscape in Microsoft and Mac environments
• Error resolution Incident Management

Qualification

• Completed education or studies in computer science or equivalent qualification
• First experiences with M365 products and Linux
• Knowledge of network administration, Mobile Device Management, and client management
• Communicative skills and high customer orientation
• Very good German language skills
