Job description

Tasks
- Maintenance and administration of switches, access points, and other network components
- Support for expanding IT infrastructure
- Operation and further development of our HIW Rendite inventory system
- Participation in project work
- Installation, support, and maintenance of client systems
- Server and network administration on Windows and Linux basis
- Processing and prioritization of IT tickets for our employees (1st- & 2nd-Level)
- Identification, analysis, and elimination of internal technical faults
Qualification
- Completed training as a system integrator or comparable training and corresponding work experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Apple products, as well as standard software
- Knowledge of network techniques in routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies is advantageous
- Self-directed, structured working style, as well as team and communication skills
