System Administrator (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of switches, access points, and other network components
• Support for expanding IT infrastructure
• Operation and further development of our HIW Rendite inventory system
• Participation in project work
• Installation, support, and maintenance of client systems
• Server and network administration on Windows and Linux basis
• Processing and prioritization of IT tickets for our employees (1st- & 2nd-Level)
• Identification, analysis, and elimination of internal technical faults

Qualification

• Completed training as a system integrator or comparable training and corresponding work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Apple products, as well as standard software
• Knowledge of network techniques in routing, switching, and firewall technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies is advantageous
• Self-directed, structured working style, as well as team and communication skills
