System Administrator IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Your Role With Us

As a System Administrator IT Infrastructure (m/f/d), you ensure the stable, secure, and future-proof operation of our IT landscape. Our infrastructure is established and constantly evolving. You actively contribute ideas, take responsibility for central cloud and infrastructure topics, and support our colleagues as a competent point of contact in everyday IT.

Responsibilities

• You ensure the stable and secure operation of our cloud-based IT infrastructure.
• You administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 landscape (Azure, Intune, Exchange, and Teams).
• You analyze technical problems, develop suitable solutions, and implement them independently.
• You manage users, groups, roles, and permissions within our systems.
• You support the operation and further development of our network environment and contribute knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• You independently implement technical improvements and infrastructure projects.
• You sustainably ensure the security, performance, and availability of our IT systems.

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in administering modern IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft 365 and/or Azure.
• You have experience in first- and second-level support and enjoy handling user requests.
• You possess practical knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• You have experience in user, group, and permission management.
• You are familiar with the operation and further development of Microsoft cloud environments.
• You independently analyze technical challenges and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and self-reliant manner.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level.

What else impresses us

• You have experience managing Windows and macOS endpoints.
• You hold Azure certifications, such as AZ-104, or comparable qualifications.
• You utilize AI-powered tools and automation solutions to make IT processes more efficient and optimize recurring tasks.
• You are interested in current developments regarding Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered automation, and modern cloud technologies, and actively bring new ideas into your work.
