Your Role with Us
As a System Administrator IT Infrastructure (m/w/d), you will take on a central role for the stable and secure operation of our IT landscape. Our infrastructure is established – at the same time, there are many opportunities to actively develop and optimize it.
Tasks
- You will maintain and develop our existing IT infrastructure further and implement technical and organizational projects within the company group together with your team.
- You will be the central point of contact for topics related to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint and bring in practical solutions actively.
- You will take responsibility for the operation, development, and optimization of our infrastructure environments, including testing and quality assurance.
- You will identify improvement potential and implement measures for continuous optimization.
- You will ensure the IT security and stability of the systems and develop them continuously further.
Qualification
You have a completed education in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Good knowledge of network fundamentals (e.g. routing, switching, VLANs) as well as experience with firewall technologies and IT security concepts.
Fundamental experience working with modern IT infrastructures based on the Microsoft Cloud (Azure/M365).
First experience in taking over independent projects or responsibility areas.
Good knowledge of operating and developing IT system landscapes, ideally in a medium-sized or project-driven environment.
A structured working style and a good understanding of connections, analysis, and solution development.
The ability to learn independently about new technologies and integrate them meaningfully into existing structures.
A high level of self-responsibility, quality awareness, and willingness to learn.
Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level).
