System Administrator in ERP Area (m/w/d)

Tasks

  • You will take care of the ERP system and ensure its performance and availability in daily operations.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving errors in the ERP system, cash register system, and inventory management system independently and solution-oriented.
  • You will develop, maintain, and continuously update interfaces between ERP, external systems, and customer and supplier systems.
  • You will manage and optimize EDI processes in ongoing operations in close coordination with internal and external partners.
  • You will coordinate technical questions and complex disturbances with the ERP system house actively.
  • You will take on IT administrative tasks in the area of hardware and software as part of IT support and system maintenance.
  • In hotline operation, you will support departments in technical problems and ensure quick solutions in everyday life.
  • You will accompany various departments to process and system requirements in a structured and service-oriented manner.

Qualification

  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or bring comparable practical experience in the ERP environment.
  • You already have experience in ERP administration and a good understanding of business processes.
  • You preferably have knowledge of working with SQL databases.
  • Ideal would be to have already worked with EDI interfaces or bring corresponding experience in the integration field.
  • A first acquaintance with AS/400 is desirable but not necessary.
  • You are self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented in your work approach.
  • You possess team skills, flexibility, willingness to take on tasks, and high problem-solving competence that rounds out your profile.
