System Verifikation Engineer KMS (m/w/x)

Tasks:

• As part of the verification team and in cooperation with a commissioning team, you will meet the requirements for the communication management system as part of functional verifications for our marine customer - You will create test planning based on the requirements, define suitable test cases, prepare the required test documents, and conduct self-contained system tests - You are responsible for ensuring that processes are maintained during system realization and conducting reviews as a quality gate - Managing baselines and documenting the configuration status is also part of your tasks - You will complete the project with the project team by successfully delivering our IP-based marine communication solutions to the customer - To generate new standards for our customers (-solutions) along the IT lifecycle, you will work together with the project team to develop suitable solutions

Qualifications:

• You have completed an engineering or comparable vocational training and already have some experience in quality and configuration management - It's easy for you to understand complex system relationships and use project management methods and tools purposefully - Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server systems, and/or network protocols as well as experience with the German Navy and marine communication systems are advantageous - You stand out through a high demand for quality, engagement, a structured and team-oriented working style in combination with an independent work style - Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking, as well as a basic willingness to travel round off your profile
