System Test Engineer (m/w/x)

Description:

We are looking for a System Test Engineer (m/w/x) to support our team at K-tronik, a customer from the field of radio and communication technology. This sounds interesting? Then we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• You develop complex test cases and precise test specifications for systems and their subsystems.
• You take over the verification, validation, and acceptance of software components, subsystems, and overall systems – both internally and on-site at the customer's location.
• You systematically pursue errors, pinpoint them precisely, and ensure sustainable improvements through accurate reporting.
• You work independently on technologically challenging systems and maintain close contact with our customers.

Qualifications:

• A completed technical degree in the field of computer science, telecommunications or a comparable field/ training.
• Multiple years of practical experience in test design at system and software level – certified according to ISTQB or a similar qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of software development and configuration management.
• Knowledge of configuring, commissioning, and maintaining complex IT systems is an advantage.
• You are characterized by analytical thinking, high self-initiative, and a goal-oriented working style.
• You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and have already applied them in practice.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English – both verbally and written – are second nature to you.
• Readiness for occasional business trips.
