System Technical Manager

Systems Technical Manager (Cloud) Responsibilities Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects Work with system architect and pre-sales team to implement IT/OT systems and network infrastructure solutions in on-premise, cloud/GCC or hybrid environments and be able to articulate and document the solution Work, liaise and lead inter-disciplinary technical team and stakeholders to design, implement and verify solutions to meet project requirements for performance, scalability, security, and reliability Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and implementation guides Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and implementation of solutions Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation of solutions
