... ensure that our Service Desk runs efficiently and that your colleagues receive prompt support.

... manage our modern IT work environment at various locations, from clients to meeting rooms.

... provide support in 1st Level Support and coordinate escalations with 2nd Level Support.

... ensure stable and user-friendly IT operations.

... maintain documentation and share knowledge understandably and in a structured manner.

Your Profile | You…

... have professional experience in IT and a completed IT education (EFZ or comparable).

... have in-depth experience in client management and in supporting Windows clients and virtual desktops.

... are familiar with network configurations, IT security, and tools like Jira and Confluence.

... are proficient in technologies such as Active Directory, Entra, Defender, Exchange Online, and Intune.

... work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and impress with high social competence and reliability.
