System Security Manager (m/f/d)

• Independent creation of system security analyses as well as definition of architectures, measures, and concepts
• Execution of vulnerability scans and penetration tests, analysis of results and derivation of measures in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Assumption of the role of System Security Manager in proposal and execution projects, including planning and implementation of project-related patch and vulnerability management
• Continuous monitoring of external IT security developments, integration of relevant trends into product strategy, and planning and execution of internal and external IT security training
• Independent evaluation, configuration, verification, and validation of security products (e.g., firewalls, diodes, SIEMs, security gateways) as well as collaboration with IT security authorities, auditors, and suppliers, including management of security aspects for supplier and UAN products

• Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field of study, or equivalent qualification with many years of professional experience
• At least one certification in the field of Cybersecurity (e.g., Certified in Cybersecurity, IT-Grundschutz-Praktiker, SSCP, PJPT) as well as another advanced, specialized certification (e.g., OSCP, HTB CPTS, PNPT)
• Expert knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Bundeswehr standards (ZDv A-960/1, A-961/1, A-962/1, A-1130), IT Grundschutz (BSI standard series 200-x), security aspects of operating systems (Linux/Windows), networks, virtualization, ISO standards 19249, 27 k, 62443 or NIST security publications
• Independent and structured way of working, strong self-reflection, and high team spirit
• Negotiation-level German and good English skills in spoken and written form
