Job description
Join our dynamic team as a System Quality and Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in automotive software development. We are looking for a passionate individual to lead and enhance our quality processes, aligning with ASPICE standards.
- Lead and coordinate system and software quality activities in automotive projects, adhering to ASPICE guidelines.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ASPICE and company quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE requirements in system design, software architecture, and verification activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Develop and enforce standards and best practices for automotive software and system development.
- Guide teams in creating and maintaining process documentation and ASPICE evidence for audits.
- Coordinate ASPICE assessments and audits, driving corrective actions and improvements.
- Mentor team members on ASPICE compliance and best practices in system software engineering.
- Stay updated on trends in automotive software development and cybersecurity standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in managing quality activities in automotive software and system development.
- Expertise in ASPICE process models and assessments.
- Familiarity with ISand MISRA-C standards is advantageous.
- Experience with tools like Polarion, Jira, Git, and SVN.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ASPICE assessor certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Germany once a month.
- Fluency in English is essential.
