System & Network Administrator
Job description
Join a collaborative team and gain structured development towards a Systems Administrator career. You'll support desktops and systems while learning advanced networking and server technologies in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance across hardware, software, and networks
- Respond to support requests, run diagnostics, and resolve issues
- Assist as an escalation point for the IT Desktop Support team
- Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and improvement projects
- Contribute to documentation and incident resolution processes
Must have:
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure and networking
- Basic troubleshooting skills across systems and hardware
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Nice to have:
- Exposure to VLANs, WAPs, or server technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems or ITIL processes
