Job description

Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage complex systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications. Troubleshoot system issues and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and applications. Perform regular system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Document system designs, configurations, and operations. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, flowcharts, and technical specifications. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and innovations. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
