System Engineer (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for an ASAP System Engineer (m/w/d) for one of our partners in the non-SAP sector with a focus on WAN, LAN, and WiFi. This is about a job in the automotive supplier environment.

Tasks

• Supplementing our partner's network team in the sustainable operation of their group-wide network infrastructure (WAN – SDWAN, LAN, WiFi)
• Independent planning, implementation, and monitoring of system updates (Updates, Upgrades, Changes)
• Processing of disturbances, possibly involving external service providers
• Location-independent updating of documentation, instructions, and operating manuals
• Implementation, support, or coordination of necessary cabling activities
• Technical consulting for departmental teams

Qualification

• A successful degree in computer science or a comparable vocational training in the IT sector
• Relevant professional experience in network engineering and security
• Travel readiness
• High communication skills
• Very good German and good English language skills
• High result- and customer-orientedness
