In the name of our customer, an IT service provider for the public sector, we are looking for a System Engineer (m/w/d) to support the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) area within the Digital Workplace Service Line.

Locations: Bonn, Meckenheim, Munich, Strausberg, Wilhelmshaven (80% remote possible).
Your tasks: Design and architecture of secure mobile solutions for the Digital Workplace
Techical guidance on projects in the context of scalable Enterprise Mobility Solutions
Planning, setting up, and further development of EMM infrastructure for mobile devices
Close coordination with other architecture and infrastructure teams
Ongoing improvement of services considering current technology trends
Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
Counseling the Service Management and customers on technical issues
Support for 2nd-level support and communication with manufacturers
Your profile: Completed studies in IT or recognized IT training, alternatively at least 8 years of experience in the IT field
Linguistic skills: German C1 and English B1 (according to CEFR)
Safe knowledge of MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation or comparable)
Notable experience (at least 1.5 years) in VMware Workspace ONE, Android, and iOS
Experience with Secusmart SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox and Linux
Professional experience in designing mobile Enterprise solutions with VS-NfD infrastructure (at least 1 year)
