RFQ-ASD-LH-04308 System Engineer Due to the nature of clients we work with here at Kinexus and the projects these roles will be based on, an Australian Government Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance is essential. These opportunities do not have the ability to obtain sponsorship for a security clearance (including applicants who currently hold a security clearance seeking to upgrade). ABOUT THIS ROLE There is a requirement for an EL1 equivalent Systems Engineer to lead complex activities, projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role will also involve collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to lead complex projects and activities. The role will also require the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, and to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
