Your Tasks

- 1st and 2nd level support in client management (O365, M365, AzureAD, etc.)
- Administration, support of clients and users
- Direct contact with end-users at the service desk at customer locations in Southern Germany
- Handling a ticketing system and documenting your activities in the ticketing system
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
- Analysis and resolution of faults
Your Profile

- You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or are a career changer (m/f/d) with relevant experience and motivation
- You have practical experience in IT support (first and second level), customer support, telephone support, or user helpdesk
- You are also eager – just like us – for the Modern Workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
- You are proficient in handling and documenting ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Helpline
- When it comes to incidents and requests, you always have an overview, because you always keep a cool head
- Good German skills in spoken and written language, ideally good English skills round off your profile
- Your open and friendly demeanor makes our customers always feel comfortable and happy to receive your help
- Your work is characterized by your good technical and analytical skills
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and enjoy taking on new challenges
- Independent work is also not a problem for you. And you enjoy traveling.
- You have a Class B driver's license and are mobile.
