Aufgaben

• You are the first (and often most important) point of contact for our customers when something technical goes wrong
• Analyze, diagnose errors, and clever troubleshooting in First- and Second-Level
• Management and maintenance of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networks & Co.
• Setup, care, and optimization of clients, servers, and mobile devices
• User management & permissions – you keep the system clean
• Active participation in projects, process optimizations, and automations
• And most importantly: real responsibility – you work directly on solutions that really matter to our customers
