System Engineer

Join our Operations team and become part of a global IT organization supporting enterprise-class loyalty systems for international clients. You will work in a distributed environment driven by DevOps/SRE, responsible for maintaining high availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical platforms. We focus on operational excellence, automation, and observability in a 24/7 model. Your technology stack: Linux, Cloud/Hybrid, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, ELK/Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, Python/Bash, Git, Jira. Position profile: * 2–5+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure support * Proficiency in Linux systems * Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) * Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers) * Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) * Basic understanding of cloud platforms or containerization (Kubernetes/Docker) is a strong asset * Fluent English * Experience with loyalty platforms is an additional plus Your tasks: * Monitoring and maintaining high availability of enterprise-class systems * Troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures * Participating in incident management and on-call rotations (if applicable) * Collaborating with Dev, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure stable releases * Supporting deployments and configuration changes * Improving system observability (logs, metrics, alerts) * Automating operational processes to reduce manual effort * Maintaining documentation, runbooks, and operational standards * Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes and tools * Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards (e.g., EU regulations) For you: * Private medical care at Allianz - access to specialists and diagnostic tests for you and your loved ones * Cafeteria system - you can choose full co-financing for a Multisport card or allocate funds for culture, recreation, sports, and shopping * Possibility of hybrid work after the onboarding period (2 days remote work, 3 days from the office) * Ability to use advanced AI tools and Google Workspace * Professional career development - opportunity for a career path in technical, business, and managerial expert positions * Individual training and conference plan * Friendly work atmosphere in cohesive teams, which we care for through participation in integration events or joint initiatives for local communities * Opportunity to participate in actions and events promoting an active lifestyle
