Job description

With over 650 colleagues at 19 locations across Germany, we at teccle are shaping the future of IT. Since 2020, we have been bringing strong IT companies with diverse specializations together under one roof – and are thus developing into one of the leading IT service providers in the country. Our goal: to create IT solutions that truly help – understandable, flexible, and future-proof. For our clients and together with a team that loves technology as much as new ideas.

As part of the teccle group, teccle motion stands for holistic IT solutions in the areas of Managed Services, Modern Workplace, and scalable infrastructures. To strengthen our three-person datacenter team, we are looking for support for the operation and further development of our IT infrastructure as soon as possible.

What you will achieve with us

At our company, it's not just about what you can do – but also what you accomplish. In this role, you will contribute to the following points:

  • Operation and further development of our Datacenter Infrastructure – from servers and storage to network components and basic system configuration

  • Administration and further development of the virtualized infrastructure with various hypervisors such as ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM, as well as support for the underlying Microsoft and Linux systems

  • On-demand scaling of the physical infrastructure based on monitoring, metrics, and technical evaluations

  • Automation of operational and configuration tasks with Ansible, as well as continuous optimization and standardization of existing processes

  • Support and further development of server, storage, network, and backup environments, including with Dell, Aruba, and Veeam

  • Planning and technical support for migrations and infrastructure projects in close cooperation with adjacent specialized teams

  • Evaluation of technical requirements and feasibility in the bidding process together with PreSales, as well as development of suitable infrastructure solutions

What will impress us

Nobody meets every requirement. If you are curious and enthusiastic about the task, we would also be happy to receive your application even if not everything fits 100%.

  • You have several years of experience with IT or data center infrastructures and sound know-how in server, storage, and network

  • You feel at home in Windows and Linux environments and can securely configure network, server, and storage components

  • You have experience with virtualization, e.g., VMware or Hyper-V, and ideally also with backup solutions like Veeam

  • You already automate with Ansible or are keen to focus more on automation in the future

  • You work independently and structurally, make technical decisions, and bring team spirit as well as curiosity for new technologies

  • You have a driver's license class B and look forward to an average of one to two assignments per month in our data centers, especially in Nuremberg

  • You communicate confidently in German – within the team, with clients, and in everyday interactions

  • You live in Nabburg and the surrounding area and are authorized to work in Germany – this enables us to work together well and smoothly in everyday life

What you can look forward to

With us, you get more than just a job. We want you to be able to develop, feel comfortable, and contribute. Here are a few reasons why you'll enjoy working with us:

  • More Freedom: 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and up to 25 days of work abroad within the EU

  • Work that suits you: Whether in the office or at home – you decide what works best for you

  • Knowledge that moves you forward: Certifications, individual further training, and space for your development

  • Welcome culture with heart: A collegial team and a genuine sense of community

  • Good working environment: Modern technology and clear structures

  • Secure and fair conditions: attractive salary, JobRad, company pension plan, and support through meinEAP, our free advisory service – also for your family

Diversity makes us stronger – which is why we consciously promote a working environment where everyone is welcome.
Regardless of social or ethnic origin, gender, age, religion or belief, disability, sexual identity and orientation: We offer all applicants a fair process and equal opportunities. We welcome applications from people who share our attitude towards diversity, equality, and inclusion – and who are eager to shape an inclusive work environment together with us.
