Tasks

• You develop concepts for the implementation and operation of solutions based on the Microsoft M365 platform.
• You are in direct dialogue with IT employees and decision-makers from innovative mid-sized companies and realize the developed concepts together with your colleagues from our platform and consulting team.
• You work on projects such as, for example: migration of an on-premise infrastructure to a Modern Workplace architecture based on M365 or in the integration, splitting, or migration of M365 tenants.
• You continuously acquire new knowledge in the operation and security of customer infrastructures based on Microsoft Cloud Services.
• You are in continuous exchange with our team leads in consulting and development for the further development of our solution and service portfolios.

Qualification

• You have been working with pleasure in small teams with a strong focus on solving infrastructure-related challenges and problems in the Microsoft environment for several years, focusing on MS servers, networks, and the MS Cloud (O365 / D365 / Power Platform / Azure).
• You love to solve technical questions with your colleagues and crack hard nuts.
• You are curious about the next step in a new, technology-leading environment and want to bring your knowledge into play and further develop it with us.
• You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the field of computer science, at least 4 years of professional experience, and possess secure German language skills on at least C1/2 level.
