System Analyst

Job Scope & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of core banking domains and processes (accounts, payments, loans, deposits, interest, etc.)
  
  
• Temenos experience, including modules, methodology (TIM), relevant project exposure, and official certifications
  
  
• Proficient in writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs); experience in Temenos-specific BRD writing
  
  
• Knowledge of the complete value chain within a specific business domain is a strong asset and should be highlighted
  
  
• Hands-on experience with core banking platforms (especially Temenos); familiarity with Avaloq, Finacle, Flexcube, or proprietary systems is a plus
  
  
• Participation in core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects
  Skilled in requirement elicitation through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation
  
  
• Experience conducting gap analyses and impact assessments
  Familiar with both Agile (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  
  
• Understanding of financial regulations (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA)
  
  
• Experience documenting controls and aligning solutions with compliance and regulatory requirements
  
  
• Basic technical understanding of data models, APIs, and system integration
  Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Proven ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operational staff
• Familiarity with test case creation, test coordination, and defect management
• Experience with data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support is a plus

Qualifications:

• Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) modules (e.g., Payments, Credit, Wealth)
  
  
• Proficient in Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM)
  
  
• Skilled in writing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) using Temenos standards
  
  
• Official Temenos certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Expertise in at least one domain: Payments, Credit, Wealth, or Deposits
  Understanding of end-to-end value chains in selected business areas
  
  
• Familiarity with BJB systems: OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, Integration Layer
  Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  
  (Good to have) Experience across multiple Temenos modules or domains
  (Good to have) In-depth Wealth Management subdomain knowledge (e.g., Advisory, Portfolio)

• Good to have) Exposure to Agile / SAFe methodologies
  
  
• (Good to have) Familiarity with Temenos upgrade, data migration, or testing
  
  
• (Good to have) Fluency in German or French
