System Analyst (WMS)

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT or Technical);
• 3–5 years of experience in implementing IT projects;
• Previous experience with logistics systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems;
• Solid analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to map and improve processes;
• Minimum knowledge in logic diagrams and system architecture;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Very good command of English.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology (SCRUM) / working with Jira.

• Participating in the implementation and optimization of logistics IT projects (WMS, ERP, and related modules);
• Collecting and centralizing business requirements from internal stakeholders to develop clear technical CRDs (Change Request Documents);
• Supporting technical discussions with internal IT teams and external providers, based on CRDs;
• Proposing business solutions and drafting technical specifications following project requirements;
• Providing support during the project and after its implementation (application testing, user training);
• Providing L2 support for applications and systems under responsibility;
• Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams of Ahold Delhaize Group;
• Delivering training sessions and drafting procedural documentation for end users.
