System Analyst (Store Operating Model)

Ideal Candidate

It’s necessary that you come up with:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT or Technical);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Experience in implementing IT projects (3-5 years) preferably in the areas: Master Data, Merchandising (assortment, pricing, promo), Inventory Management;
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
  • Experience in querying relational databases (SQL) to analyze data, validate business requirements and support incident investigation and process optimization;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (SCRUM) / working with Jira;
  • Good analytical, synthesis and documentation skills;
  • Minimum knowledge in building and interpreting logic diagrams;
  • Minimum knowledge of information systems architecture;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and integration skills;
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and process flows;
  • Previous experience in retail area, especially on assortment, or master data or pricing, is an advantage.

Job Description

These will be your responsibilities:
  • Participation in the implementation of projects requiring IT components - information systems, modules;
  • Centralization of business requirements from internal customers to create technical CRD (change request document);
  • Support technical discussions based on CRD documents with internal and external IT service providers;
  • Proposing business solutions and drafting technical specifications following project requirements;
  • Providing support during the project and after its implementation (application testing, user training);
  • Providing L2 support for applications and systems under responsibility;
  • Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams of Ahold Delhaize Group;
  • Support training sessions for end users and draft procedural documents related to supported implementations.
