About the Project

Join our team of system analysts, implementing projects in areas such as investments, domestic and international payments, mortgages, and everyday banking.

We are currently focusing on the development and reconstruction of key credit processes – both on the front-end and back-end. We are working on a new modular architecture, gradually phasing out the old application and building solutions that will be the foundation of corporate banking for years to come.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of business and system analysis for banking applications
• Collaboration with business units in defining business requirements
• Gathering and analyzing requirements, and preparing and validating user stories
• Collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and testers regarding application development and quality assurance
• Coordination of tasks between IT teams concerning implemented functionality, responsibility for delivering functionality
• Modeling functionality (UML or BPMN) according to the adopted standard
• Maintaining and updating functional documentation for implemented deployments
• Working with the team's backlog
• Support for applications in the testing environment

Our Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis
• Ability to create and read UML, BPMN models
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of inter-system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2)
• Experience in IT system development projects within the banking industry
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Higher technical education – IT or related fields
• Requirement to reside in Poland and fluent knowledge of the Polish language
