We offer Rate up to PLN 130 net/h/B2B Hybrid work from the office in Warsaw Responsibilities Conducting and ensuring the consistency of system analysis within the scope of implemented projects. Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system requirements and solutions. Creating process and solution models using UML, BPMN, and documenting integrations between systems. Collaborating with business, architects, IT teams, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and solutions. Preparing and maintaining analytical documentation using Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, including experience in projects for the banking or financial sector. Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN, system integrations, and design patterns. Experience in system requirements analysis and collaboration and communication with business and technical stakeholders. Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence, as well as documentation tools. Experience in ensuring the consistency of system analysis in a project; knowledge of authorization systems, anti-fraud systems, or migration projects will be an additional asset.
