System Analyst

We offer Hybrid work from our Warsaw office Rate up to 115 PLN net/h/B2B Responsibilities Analysis of business requirements and their translation into system requirements and functional solutions. Modeling of business and system processes using BPMN and UML, including the design of use cases. Designing integrations between systems, especially REST API, API contracts, and integration diagrams. Preparation and updating of analytical and technical documentation, as well as cooperation with development teams during implementation. Conducting workshops and negotiations with business stakeholders, analyzing needs, and independently proposing system solutions. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis, including participation in at least 3 projects involving the development or design of systems supporting business processes. Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN, and experience in modeling business processes, system processes, and use cases. Experience in designing system integrations, especially REST API, service specifications, API contracts, and synchronous and asynchronous communication. Experience in creating analytical and technical documentation and cooperating with development teams in project execution. Experience working in Agile/Scrum, independence, ability to conduct workshops with stakeholders, and strong communication skills.
