About the client Our client is one of the three largest universal Polish banks, as well as one of the largest financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe. It was the first Polish bank to launch an ATM and issue a credit card. About the project We are looking for specialists to join projects implemented in a complex IT environment, including system solution analysis and design, system integrations, process modeling, and collaboration with business teams, architects, developers, and testers. Work mode Service provision is performed remotely Project implementation will be facilitated by Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst Experience in designing and documenting system solutions in complex IT environments Experience in analyzing and designing integrations between systems Very good knowledge of REST API, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger Ability to model processes and system flows using UML and BPMN Experience in preparing technical specifications and analytical documentation Knowledge of relational databases and SQL query writing skills Experience collaborating with architects, developers, and testers Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Ability to independently conduct analyses and propose technical solutions Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders Independence and responsibility for the assigned area Ability to work in an environment with a large number of dependencies and integrations Proactiveness in identifying risks and improvement opportunities Nice to have Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect Knowledge of PlantUML Knowledge of draw.io Knowledge of Bizagi BPM Modeler Knowledge of SOAP/XML Experience in the banking or financial sector Knowledge of customer onboarding processes, credit processes, or corporate customer service Experience working with microservices architecture Knowledge of asynchronous communication, particularly Kafka and message queues Experience working with AI tools supporting analysis Your contribution to the project Conducting project feasibility analysis Gathering, aligning, and analyzing business requirements Developing solution recommendations from both a business and technological perspective Creating functional and non-functional requirements specifications for IT solutions and responsibility for their quality and consistency Designing business processes Designing use cases and sequence diagrams Preparing technical specifications for IT solutions Analyzing and designing integrations between systems Modeling data flows Defining API integration interfaces Collaboration with architects and development teams Collaboration with developers and testers during the production phase Responsibility for the implementation's compliance with the prepared documentation Independently conducting technical analyses, identifying project risks, and proposing appropriate solutions This is how we will take care of you By joining Edge One Solutions, you receive full support in professional and personal development, which gives you a real chance to build a career according to your own goals.
