We support clients from key sectors, realizing complex integration, cloud, data, and software engineering projects. System Analyst Job description: For one of BlueSoft's project teams, cooperating with a large universal bank, we are looking for a System Analyst with experience in the financial sector. The team develops and integrates key banking systems – including credit products, accounts, and digital channels – with a focus on process automation, architecture alignment, and improving end-customer experience. The project includes: - analysis and design of changes in existing banking systems, - business process modeling in BPMN, - documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, - cooperation with development teams and architects in implementing solutions. We are looking for someone who: - has experience as a System Analyst / IT Analyst (min. 3 years for Regular, 5+ years for Senior), - has cooperated with clients from the banking or broader financial sector, - knows BPMN and UML notations very well and can apply them in practice (system analysis and design), - understands banking processes (e.g., loans, accounts, payments, customer onboarding, KYC/AML), - can create clear documentation of requirements (use cases, user stories, functional/non-functional specifications), - has experience in integration projects (e.g., data exchange between systems, API, ESB), - moves freely in dialogue with business (workshops, requirements gathering) and technical teams, - knows English at a minimum B2 level (documentation, meetings), - is independent, organizes their work well, and can work in a distributed team. Additionally, it will be great if: - you know typical banking solutions (e.g., core banking, credit systems, CRM, card systems), - you have experience in projects based on microservice architecture and/or integrations based on REST/SOAP, - you have used tools for process and system modeling (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Visio, Draw.io, BPM tools), - you know the basics of SQL and can independently perform simple data analysis, - you have experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). As part of the cooperation, you will: - collect, analyze, and organize business and system requirements for banking processes, - model business processes using BPMN (e.g., credit processes, account opening, KYC), - create and maintain system documentation, including: UML models (class, sequence, component diagrams), interface specifications (API, integrations with external systems), - analyze existing solutions and propose improvements – both at the process and system architecture levels, - cooperate with Product Owners, business (e.g., risk, operations, sales departments), and development teams, - support implementation teams in acceptance testing (UAT), refine requirements, and respond to feedback, - participate in analytical workshops with the client and internal project sessions. Additional Information Cooperation model: B2B, long-term engagement in BlueSoft projects. Cooperation mode: hybrid from Warsaw (team meetings and client workshops) or remote – depending on the team and project arrangements. Recruitment process: interview with a BlueSoft recruiter, technical and substantive meeting with the team, possibly a meeting with the client. The recipients of the data are the provider of the eRecruiter recruitment system (processor on the basis of an entrustment agreement) and authorized persons on the side of the Administrator; To the extent necessary, the data may be made available to entities from the capital group participating in the recruitment. The data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. We store the data for the period necessary to carry out the current recruitment and the period of limitation for possible claims, and in the case of consent for future recruitment - for 2 years from the date of the last contact, no longer than until the consent is withdrawn. In the recruitment process, we can use artificial intelligence (AI) systems to support the analysis and initial adjustment of application documents to the requirements of the position. These systems have an auxiliary function only; The final decision on inviting to the next stages and establishing cooperation is made by a person after an individual assessment. Your data is not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects against you or similarly significantly affects you (Article 22 of the GDPR). To the extent that we use an AI system qualified as a high-risk system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), we provide human oversight and other required safeguards, and we will inform you separately when your application is covered by such a system. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer and object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. With regard to data processed on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (1a Moniuszki Street, 00-014 Warsaw). Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process: in the case of an employment contract to the extent resulting from Article 22(1) of the Labour Code, and in the case of B2B cooperation to the extent necessary to assess the candidacy and conclude the contract. The expression of the following consents is voluntary and does not condition participation in the current recruitment.
