System Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on System Administrator with strong experience in on-premise infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and Linux/Windows environments. The ideal candidate can manage both servers and ~20 Windows workstations, has good troubleshooting skills, and is willing to learn or maintain the existing GitLab CI/CD setup. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB or MongoDB is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and administer on-premise servers and virtualization platforms (Linux/Windows VMs).

Manage network infrastructure: routing, VLAN, firewall, VPN, NAT.

Provide support and maintenance for ~20 Windows PCs, including hardware upgrades when needed.

Administer database servers (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL): updates, backups, restore tests.

Operate and maintain an internal caching/search system.

Manage domains, DNS, SSL certificates and email services.

Maintain the existing GitLab CI/CD environment and update configurations when required.

Apply OS/security updates, monitor system health and handle incidents.
