Our client is an internationally successful, family-owned logistics and technology company with its headquarters in Kempten in the Allgäu. With modern, self-developed IT systems, the company controls complex logistics processes worldwide and attaches great importance to quality, stability, and reliability of its software solutions.

Tasks

Your tasks

  • Participation in the operation and development of IT platforms and company systems
  • Maintenance, structuring, and continuous improvement of IT data (e.g. system landscapes, applications, interfaces)
  • Ensuring high-quality data, transparency, and documentation within the IT systems
  • Support in setting up and further developing enterprise architecture structures (e.g. with tools like LeanIX)
  • Analysis and documentation of IT landscapes, applications, and their dependencies
  • Closely working together with IT teams and departments to align requirements and data structures
  • Support in standardizing processes and governance topics in the IT environment
  • Preliminary preparation of reports, evaluations, and decision-making bases for stakeholders
  • Active participation in optimizing IT processes and digital structures

Qualification

  • Degree in IT, business informatics, information systems or a comparable education
  • First professional experience in IT administration, platform operation or working with company systems
  • Ideal experience with LeanIX or similar tools in enterprise architecture management
  • Strong interest in data quality, documentation, and structured work
  • Basic understanding of IT landscapes, applications, and interfaces
  • Excellent organizational skills and a reliable and structured working style
  • High service orientation and pleasure in collaborating with IT and business stakeholders
  • Good English language skills in writing and speaking, German language skills an asset
  • Safe handling of digital tools and ideal experience with IT documentation or governance systems
