Aufgaben

• You are the point of contact for our customers and responsible for processing error reports in 1st & 2nd Level via ticket system
• You hold key accounting, project management, service manager actively over the status of customer orders and errors
• You are responsible for updating documentation and supporting sales with offer creation
• You take on problems at customer applications and lead the error to the software manufacturer if necessary
• You take over installation, configuration, and operation, e.g. user accounts, data storage, access points, client PCs, VPN connections, WLAN networks, virtualization environments, Docker, email, databases, firewall systems, complex network systems, cloud technologies

Qualifikation

• A successful completed technical or commercial training with a focus on IT is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experiences in technical support
• Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, ein freundliches Wesen und kundenorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon
• A good linguistic expression that makes it easy to understand error descriptions
• A strong team and customer orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
• Persistence in searching for errors even in complex support cases
