System Administrator

LHH We are partnering with a reality in Vicenza, which develops a specific software for the Finance sector and is a leader of reference in the market for the type of solutions it proposes. We are looking for a System Administrator who will have a key role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, both on-premise and cloud-based, with particular attention to the AWS environment. Responsibilities The ideal candidate is a proactive person with solid technical skills and the ability to intervene promptly in case of criticality, ensuring operational continuity and system security. Main activities will be: - Administration and management of the AWS cloud infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization of resources. - Management and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. - Continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure performance and rapid intervention in case of anomalies or incidents. - Administration and configuration of Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services. - Collaboration with the development and security team to ensure compliance with regulations and security standards. - Support in defining and implementing backup, disaster recovery, and hardening procedures for systems. Profile - Proven experience in administering AWS environments (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.). - In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems. - Good experience in managing Linux servers. - Competence in managing Active Directory and Group Policy. - Ability to monitor and troubleshoot on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. - Familiarity with computer security topics and best practices for compliance.
