System Administrator

LHH For an important metal-mechanical company with 200 employees, we are looking for a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR to strengthen the IT Department. Responsibilities The figure will collaborate with colleagues from the infrastructure team in implementing and maintaining corporate information systems, participating in user support through ticketing software. In detail, it will be responsible for: - Managing application administration and access policies using tools like Azure and Microsoft Intune; - Creating and managing user accounts and policies in Active Directory; - Monitoring email security, managing risks related to spam and phishing, and verifying potential threats; - Supervising and implementing infrastructure monitoring; - Managing and configuring network device access rules, such as firewalls and switches; - Administering corporate backups; - Keeping documentation up-to-date regarding IT assets and areas of expertise; - Collaborating with ICT suppliers and partners to ensure the performance of activities and service delivery according to established modalities; - Providing technical support at first and second levels to corporate users. Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - Experience in on-premise and cloud-based system administration; - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN network services; - Cybersecurity skills; - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; - Technical written English; - Completing the profile are analysis, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a propensity for teamwork. The company offers indefinite employment with classification and remuneration based on seniority, one day of smart working per week.
