We’re Hiring: System Administrator Lead – Pune (Work from Office) We are looking for experienced System Administrators from Banking and NBFC platforms to lead our IT infrastructure and support operations in Pune. Experience: 6 – 8 years Location: Pune (Work from Office) Role Summary: The System Admin Lead will be responsible for leading the IT infrastructure and support operations across locations. The role includes managing system performance, maintaining infrastructure security, ensuring business continuity, and providing technical guidance to team members. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and databases. • Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data. • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations. • Provide technical support and training to team members. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • 6-8 years of experience in System Administration, preferably from Banking and NBFC platforms. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and databases. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Experience with cloud-based technologies and virtualization is desirable.
