Job description
You ensure that our IT runs reliably and are the first point of contact for our employees with all IT concerns. In close cooperation with the Head of IT, you will take responsibility for IT operations in the medium term.
Tasks
- 1st and 2nd level support for our employees – on-site and remote, including ticket processing
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune (users, permissions, MFA, device management)
- Client management: procurement, setup, rollout, and lifecycle of notebooks, mobile devices, and printers
- Support of server, network, and backup infrastructure in cooperation with external service providers
- User support for our ERP system (Comarch) and other specialist applications: user and rights management, initial analysis, escalation to manufacturers and partners
- IT security: implementation, execution, and ongoing monitoring of IT security standards (e.g., access and password policies, MFA, patch and vulnerability management, backup and restore tests)
- Ensuring compliance with security regulations (group, cyber insurance), support during audits, and employee sensitization (security awareness)
- Design and implementation of onboarding and offboarding, IT documentation, and employee training
- Participation in IT projects (e.g., migrations, hardware renewals)
Qualification
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ (platform development or system technology) or comparable; further education (e.g., ICT system and network technician FA) is an advantage
- Several years of experience in IT support and system administration, ideally in an SME
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Client/Server, and Active Directory
- Good basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience in implementing IT security measures; knowledge of common standards (e.g., CIS Controls, ISO 27001, ICT Minimal Standard) is an advantage
- Advantageous: Experience in ERP user support, PowerShell
- Service-oriented, independent, and structured – with a passion for taking responsibility and ensuring cover
- Fluent German, good English; French is an advantage
