We are looking for a System Administrator / IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
As a System Administrator / IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d), you will be the central point of contact for all questions regarding our internal IT. You will be responsible for daily IT support and ensure that requests are processed carefully, quickly, and with a focus on solutions.

- You will continuously develop our self-service knowledge base and create clear, practical guides that enable employees to solve frequently occurring problems independently.
- You will plan and coordinate the procurement of hardware and IT equipment in collaboration with the IT team.
- You will regularly and clearly inform employees about IT changes, known issues, new applications, and relevant best practices.
- You will participate in strategic IT initiatives, for example, in the development of a device lifecycle policy, the introduction or further development of VPN and SSO solutions, and the standardization of our deployed software.
- You will work closely with the HR and IT teams to develop a straightforward procedure for collecting feedback on IT support and onboarding.
- You will identify recurring problems, analyze their causes, and develop sustainable solutions, standardized processes, or suitable automations from them.
Qualifications
- You have at least three years of professional experience in IT support, service desk, IT operations, or system administration.
- You possess solid practical experience in supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows, as well as in troubleshooting networks, applications, access rights, hardware, and peripherals.
- You are familiar with SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365 and the Atlassian Suite, as well as with Identity and Access Management, MFA, and SSO.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a solution-oriented approach, and can explain technical contexts understandably and with a service-oriented attitude.
- You think beyond immediate troubleshooting and develop sustainable processes, understandable documentation, or suitable automations for recurring problems.
- Ideally, you have experience with scaling IT onboarding processes, supporting hybrid teams, and with simple scripts or no-code automations.
- You are familiar with generative AI tools and are enthusiastic about their meaningful use in everyday work.
Benefits
- Freedom to Shape and Responsibility: You will receive genuine freedom to actively shape and further develop our digital products, workflows, and formats.
- Meaningful Work: The opportunity to contribute to a challenging environment.
- Secure Perspective: Permanent employment with trust-based working hours and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Working in the Heart of Berlin: Modern office directly at Alexanderplatz with an impressive view over the city and excellent public transport connections.
- Appreciative Company Culture: An open, collegial atmosphere where individual perspectives are valued and teamwork is lived.
- Personal and Professional Development: Development opportunities and the chance to expand responsibility and develop new competencies.
We look forward to receiving your application!
