System Administrator IT & Cyber Risk Management

Requirements:
-Higher education: Graduating from a relevant faculty (cybernetics, computer science, electronic engineering, telecommunications) is an essential requirement.
-Experience in network administration or in the IT field is an important aspect, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
-Solid knowledge in the areas of networking, IT security, server management, virtualization, storage technologies and operating systems
-Analytical skills
-The network administrator must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet the deadlines imposed by projects
- Certifications are an advantage: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor

-Ensures the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment.
-Manages and maintains the network infrastructure (LAN, internet connectivity, network equipment)
-Identifies and remedies hardware & software problems;
-Provides technical support and training to users regarding the equipment used
-Monitors the operation of systems and reports any non-conformities or incidents
-Ensures network security and the proper functioning of IT equipment
-Evaluates security findings and control weaknesses, validates the severity of risks and ensures structured, risk-based follow-up of remedies;
-Monitors risk treatment plans and mitigation effectiveness, escalating outstanding or high-impact risks where necessary;
-Draws up reports at the request of the management and contributes to the integration of new colleagues
-Implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001
-Participates in the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
-Contributes to the elaboration and updating of: security policies and IT procedures
-Monitors the application of ISO 27001 controls
-Prepares documentation for internal and external audits
-Participates in ISO 27001 audits. NIS2 / Cyber Risk Responsibilities
-Maintains and updates the ICT / cyber risk register
-Assesses vulnerabilities and the impact of IT risks
-Monitors risk treatment plans
-Follows the implementation of security measures
-Reports significant IT risks to management
-Contributes to the implementation of the NIS2 Directive requirements. IT Incident Management
-Detects and investigates IT and security incidents
-Coordinates the remediation of incidents
-Documents incidents and lessons learned
-Proposes prevention measures.
