Responsibilities:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of both virtual and physical servers;

- Administration of VMware virtualization systems;

- Applying security patches and updates to servers, antivirus solutions, and other IT equipment;

- Administration of Veeam Backup & Replication backup and replication services;

- Assigning permissions to shared folders in accordance with internal policies;

- Administration of network equipment (Cisco);

- Installation and configuration of workstations;

- Providing remote and on-site support to company employees by managing tickets through the internal ticketing system;

- Monitoring IT equipment through the monitoring platform;

- Ordering IT equipment through the internal procurement system;

- Complying with internal procedures regarding the use of company-provided equipment.

Requirements and skills:

- Education Level: Higher technical education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field);

- Previous experience in IT systems administration and/or network administration;

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Administration of Windows operating systems;

- Skills in configuring and managing network equipment;

- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies;

- Competencies in configuring and managing Active Directory services;

- Experience in implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions;

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users and provide technical support;

- Ability to collaborate with development teams and other IT team members to implement efficient technology solutions.

Required Work Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field relevant to the position;

- Advanced English language proficiency.
