Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a professional with solid experience in cloud infrastructure administration, oriented towards security, stability, and performance.
Has a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in system administration, with expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM) and a deep understanding of scalable and secure cloud architectures.
Is familiar with security and compliance standards such as PCI DSS and SOC 2 and has practical experience in implementing security policies, managing access, and protecting infrastructure.
Has solid knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration, is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage technical incidents efficiently and calmly.
In addition, the ideal candidate is a good communicator, able to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including clients or auditors.
Experience with modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or automation tools represents an advantage.

Job Description
Main responsibilities:
1. AWS Infrastructure Administration
Configure and administer AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Load Balancing)
Monitor system performance and optimize costs and resources
Ensure availability and scalability of infrastructure
2. Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain security policies (IAM, encryption, access control)
Ensure compliance with standards such as PCI DSS and SOC 2
Participate in audits and manage security and patching processes
3. System Administration
Manage Linux and/or Windows servers (configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting)
Monitor infrastructure and manage technical incidents
Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
4. Monitoring & Automation
Configure monitoring and alert tools
Contribute to automating operational processes
Work with scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python – represents an advantage)
5. Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with technical and business teams to support application needs
Maintain technical documentation up-to-date
Interact with clients and auditors in security and compliance contexts
