Synthesis Laboratory Technician (80 - 100%) (m/f)

Your Main Tasks:

• Conducting (organometallic) syntheses on a scale of up to 5L
• Supporting campaigns in the kilo-lab on a scale of up to 50L if required. Conducting accompanying analyses using common analytical methods (GC, HPLC, among others)
• Recording and documenting experimental procedures
• Supporting organizational laboratory processes
• Assisting in operational projects

What You Bring:

• Basic training as a certified laboratory technician in Chemistry or equivalent qualification, or at least 3 years of experience in an organic synthesis laboratory. Experience with purification methods such as crystallization and distillation, as well as with handling air- and water-sensitive substances (inert gas technique)
• Independent, initiative-driven work style
• Communication skills in German and/or English
