Manpower Synergie Production Operator Experience in pharmaceutical industry in visual inspection or watchmaking required. Additional information: work in 2x8 team hours. The production technician's main objective is to perform activities related to the manual visual inspection process of an active pharmaceutical substance. He/she must be able to: ? Respect cGMP, BDP and EHS standards ? Perform routine and non-routine (complétion planning) activities for manual visual inspection ? Report technical and/or organizational issues ? Share knowledge with colleagues ? Propose continuous improvement ideas ? Ensure maintenance of production area state Responsibilities - Responsible for respecting cGMP, BDP and EHS standards - Responsible for following own training - Responsible for good execution of work - Responsible for reporting encountered problems - Be 100% autonomous in activities within own working zone - Be involved in continuous improvement - Respect and apply leadership behaviors - Respect organizational processes Qualifications - Bachelor's degree + 2 (options biotechnologie, chimie, biologie, biochimie) or equivalent - Good knowledge of the following procedure: manual visual inspection or binocular loupe control - Ideally CFC technician in chemical and pharmaceutical production or equivalent diploma - Ideally, a successful first experience in pharmaceutical industry, agro-food, chemistry or watchmaking - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) - Knowledge of working environment in controlled atmosphere zone - Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PWP) - Good verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum level B2) Soft Skills - Good verbal and written communication - Methodical and rigorous work - Availability and flexibility - Sense of organization - Dynamic character and volunteer spirit - Team spirit - Ownership
