Possible Areas of Responsibility

• Comprehensive tax support for the group
  You will fully support Migrando GmbH, the law firm, the affiliated holdings, and the private taxes of the shareholders.
• Advising management
  As a strategic advisor, you will assess the tax and economic implications of planned decisions and provide clear, well-founded recommendations.
• Development of tax concepts
  You will develop optimization strategies, support restructurings or holding structures, and ensure that we are optimally positioned economically and legally.
• Coordination with external tax advisors
  You will act as the interface to our external firms, manage smooth collaboration, and ensure transparency.
• Process design & compliance
  You will help build and optimize internal tax processes (tax compliance) to ensure that workflows remain efficient, correct, and future-proof.

Your Profile

• Successfully passed tax advisor examination
  You possess in-depth technical knowledge that you now wish to apply in a modern, strategically operating environment.
• 5+ years of law firm experience
  You are familiar with the processes of a classic tax consulting firm (not necessarily from a large consultancy) and have the necessary routine for complex issues.
• Experience in financial administration (tax office) is a plus
  You know how administration thinks and works, and can assess decision logic firsthand.
• Sound knowledge of corporate tax law
  Corporate income tax, trade tax, transformation or holding structures are not new territory for you.
• Economic thinking
  You never view issues in isolation, but immediately recognize the business implications of your tax decisions.
• Clear communication
  You can clearly explain complex matters and your reasoning – so that even non-tax professionals can understand and implement them.
• IT affinity
  Digital tools (DATEV, DMS, cloud systems) are not a hurdle for you. You enjoy using technology to make tax work smarter. How to proceed?
