To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Junior IT Recruiting Consultant (m/w/d), who already has 2-3 years of experience in 180° recruiting and now aims to enter the 360° recruiting. Ideally, you have already worked in recruitment in areas such as IT administration & infrastructure, IT security, data analysis & data science, project management, web development, cloud computing, IT consulting, UX/UI design, or quality assurance.

Tasks

• Step-by-step build-up of your role in 360° recruiting – from customer care to successful placement
• Independent care and development of candidate relationships in the ERP environment
• Identification and addressing of skilled workers through various recruitment channels (Active Sourcing, Talent Pools, networks etc.)
• Conducting interviews, advising and accompanying candidates throughout the process
• Ongoing market observation in areas such as IT administration & infrastructure, IT security, data analysis & data science, project management, web development, cloud computing, IT consulting, UX/UI design or quality assurance.
• Support in demand determination, customer communication and process coordination
• Gradual takeover of client acquisition, contract negotiations and steering of the entire placement process

Qualification

• 2-3 years of experience in 180° recruiting in the IT/ERP environment
• Knowledge or first specialization in recruitment for IT systems
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Proactive working style and joy in networking
• Ziel-oriented, negotiation-skilled and self-initiated
• Very good German language skills (C1)
